The space
Casa Estiva sits right on the shoreline of Big Twin Lake. Twenty-foot vaulted ceilings in the great room frame the water from every angle — the kind of view that makes you stop unpacking. It's a home built for family weeks together: clear, sandy-bottom swimming, a private dock, kayaks, a beach-side gazebo, and a wood firepit at the water's edge for s'mores after dark.
Four bedrooms and seven beds sleep eleven, so everyone gets their own corner. The kitchen is fully equipped, the deck has a gas grill and firepit over the lake, and the whole backyard runs fenceless straight down to the beach.
At the water
One hundred and five feet of private, sandy-bottom frontage with a gradual slope — the reason families come back year after year. Your own dock for the boat, kayaks and beach chairs included, a 10×12 beach-side gazebo for shade, and a wood firepit on the sand for evening fires under the stars.
The great room
Reclaimed beams, a tan leather sectional, and a 55″ HDTV with Roku for movie nights. The well-equipped kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher, and coffee for every kind of morning. Out back, a large deck with a gas grill and gas firepit looks straight out over the water.

Big Twin is an all-sports lake — water skiing, tubing, jet skis, and pontoons are all welcome. Bring your boat and tie up at the dock, or rent from any of three operators within fifteen minutes. Beyond the water, every season has something close by.
